We have extensive experience of civil construction and structural works and have successfully completed projects for world class Hotel and Spa Centers construction. We have worked with various multinationals to create Magnificent Architectural Structures. Few of the projects undertaken by us include the following :

Pamposh was hired to do modification/ repair works on existing villas/ bungalows/staff quarters/ swimming pool etc. Pamposh was responsible for all civil works viz Form works/ steel works/ concreting/ block masonry/ plaster/tiling/stone fixing/marble/wood work/ landscaping and external beautification works.

Our Clients : M/s QDVC

A simple rectangular seven storey hotel building, under construction at Jabel Ali Free Zone Area and Pamposh has been subcontracted the execution of all the structural works. Conventional construction methods including precast technology has been opted for the early completion of the low cost budget hotel building.

Pre-cast panel in exterior walls, and hollow core slabs with topping shall constitute the slab for every floor. The cast-in-situ structural concrete work has been minimized to 3500 cum. only Interior columns have been minimized and the load has been transfer through two primary and ten secondary beams to the exterior columns and core walls. Each floor has area of 1085 sqm.

Principal employer is M/s Khansaheb Civil Engineering, Dubai UAE.

Pamposh is geared to execute the Structural Concrete Works for the 85 level Hotel Apartment Tower being constructed for M/s Plazzso Versace. The building is oval shaped and each floor is 1600 sqm. area. On construction the structural height of Tower will be over 350 mtrs., is scheduled to be compete by 2010. The tower is situated next to the Plazzo Vercase Hotel at Dubai Creek. On completion it will be one of the tallest residential buildings of world.

It is estimated that 70000 cum. of concrete and over 9000 tones of steel shall be used in the structure. All the works are mechanized and the shuttering being used is Jump Form Shuttering for all Verticals viz. Core walls and Columns. Horizontal shuttering will be Aluma Tables mostly.

Principal employer is M/s Sunland Arabtec Joint Venture, Dubai, UAE.

Ritz Carlton Hotel and Apartment is located on Sheikh Zahid Road in DIFC area adjacent to Trade Tower in Dubai city. The project has basements in two levels, Mezzanine, Podium and two Towers, each 17 floors with 340 Keys and 323 Flats (Hotel and Apartment Towers).

Civil and Structural works of entire Apartment block approx 135000 m² was allotted to Pamposh by M/s Bouygues Target JV comprising of 65000 Cum of concrete which was poured over a period of 16 months.

The apartment hotels features use of table form shuttering for repetitive Slabs, Metallic Panel for Columns and Walls and Conventional Shuttering of plywood and Doka in basement / Mezanine / Podium area.

Special highlights of the project are Post Tension Slabs at Technical and Mechanical Floors at level 14 and 15. The civil works of the project was successfully executed 5 months ahead of schedule.

Pamposh has worked on this project as a Labour Contractor on Fixed Item Rate Basis.

A four star hotel of the IBIS and Novotel chain of hotels located close to Deira City Centre Dubai. Built up area of over 18000 m² with two number Towers of 11 levels each.

Pamposh executed the structural concrete works including reinforcement, formwork and block masonry in 11 months. The hotel is located in the middle of Old Dubai City which made working for it a logistical challenge.

The project features 101 mtrs tall structure with Central Core and three wings making a Pyramid shape Five Star hotel. The hotel consists of 240 guest rooms, nine restaurants including Spa facilities, Swimming pools and 2,50,000.00 Sq.ft. of retail space on two floors with underground parking lot for over 1000 vehicles. In addition to the above, a separate underground shopping arcade of 1,20,000 sq.ft. known as Khanmurjan has been developed.

M/s Khansaheb, the main contractor, engaged Pamposh to execute the structural concrete and Masonry works of two wings of the main hotel building including shopping mall and complete Khanmurjan plaza.

Quantity of work executed over the period of 18 months are :

The project comprised of construction of 31 nos hurricane resistant villas, beach side Five Star Hotel and 4 Nos. ancillary buildings housing the Central Energy Plant, Reverse Osmosis Water Plant, Maintenance Building and Staff Building.

Total quantity of concrete poured was 38000 Cum in Foundations, frame structure and R.C.C retaining Walls.

Finishing works comprised of Plaster works which included gypsum water plaster works Painting and False ceiling works, tiling, marble and granite works and corresponding water proofing works.

Since the project was Hurricane resistant, most of the walls were done in Block Work, with the cores filled with vertically and horizontally laid steel and finished with grout filling.

The Façade of the Hotel is magnificently clad with Marble on sides and Glazed Glass in the front. Hotel Hilton a landmark construction of a 23 storied four star hotel located centrally at Tashkent, (the capital of republic of Uzbekistan) was undertaken by an enthusiastic team of 120 members of Pamposh on a turnkey basis. The work was executed under the supervision of Principle Contractor, Bouygues Batiment International, France. This International, Four Star Hotel is an architectural marvel with all the luxuries of a Sauna, Restaurants, Bowling alleys, Shopping Arcades, Swimming Pools etc.

Pamposh has worked on this project as a Labour Contractor on Fixed Item Rate Basis.

The landmark of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan (erstwhile USSR), Hotel Nissa is a five star hotel. This magnificent seven storied building has two basements, 150 single/double rooms, luxury suites and all modern amenities including shopping arcades, swimming pools, sauna baths, conference halls, discotheques etc. The Civil and Structural work includes Plumbing/ HVAC/Air-conditioning and the final finishing of Hotel Nissa.

Initially, Pamposh undertook this project in consultation with Al-Amiouny International Contracting and Trading Company, Paris. However, Pamposh finally completed the project on its own directly with the principal contractors Nissa Liban, a Lebanon based organization.
