Our residential construction services includes both residential complexes as well as individual villas and capable of satisfying the elite taste in a stylish manner.

Jumeriah Beach Residence, a cluster of 52 towers of 35 -50 storey at Jumeriah Beach , Dubai (UAE), is a free hold residential accommodation. It is fitted with ultra modern facilities/gadgets, with a common podium of five levels to house various facilities viz. shopping complex, parking, swimming pool etc.

M/s Arabtech Constructions LLC, one of the principal contractors, subcontracted the execution of structural concrete work of three towers and erection of pre-cast cladding to Pamposh at fixed item Labour Rate basis.

Quantities executed are :
Reinforced concrete : 60000 Cum
Shuttering : 275000 m²
Reinforcement Steel : 10000 Tonnes
Precast wall Panels : 4500 units of size 8 - 14 m²

Extensive use of mechanized construction techniques, slip form and Aluma table shuttering were in practice to overcome the logistic difficulties due to constraints in working areas and was completed in record time schedule of 18 months.

This project, executed for Enterprise Jean Amiouny of Paris, involved construction of 504 Pre-fabricated housing units spread over in 42 blocks, each one a 3-storied construction, at Iskandria Iraq. The main housing units were built of Pre-Fabricated concrete elements with embedments for electricity, cutouts for doors and windows etc. The foundations of the buildings were of raft type with cast in-situ reinforced concrete. The roofs of housing units were given special treatment comprising of one layer of tar felt over which a mixture of earth and sand was compacted in thickness of 10 cms.- 20 cms in slopes in various directions. This formed a cushion base for cast-in-situ concrete tiles with trowel finish being given to the joints filled up with Mastic. The floor area of the buildings constructed is approximately 55,000m².

Pamposh rendered its services to "Enterprise Jean Amiouny of Paris" for following jobs.

1. Providing and managing skilled Human Resource including workers and staff for their factory at Iskandria, for production of Pre-fabricated concrete elements

2. Undertaking the job of erection of 504 pre-fabricated housing units directly under our supervision with the employment of 300 men managed, maintained and supervised by "Pamposh".

This project consists of a Five Star hotel and Seven Apartment Towers and Podium complexes. Part of this project comprising of Raft Foundation of entire complex, structural concrete works both horizontals and verticals, for four towers and the entire podium connecting all the seven towers was allotted to Pamposh by M/s Arabtec Constructions LLC.

Each Tower has a basement, 14 levels, Pent house, technical and machine floor. Typical floor covers an area of 1170m² and the height is 3.60 Mtrs. Podium area is 21000m² on plan, and has slab thickness varying from 650mm to 850mm. Top of Podium area is having Upstands, Water Bodies, Swimming Pools, Planters, Walkways and more.

Core Walls built with slip form are 300mm thick; Peri & Doka shuttering for all verticals and horizontals up-to ground floor level and in Pent houses. Repetitive Slabs were done in Table Form shuttering. The concrete poured was 98000 Cum and the work was executed in a record time of 15 days.

The work involved preparation and laying of 42000m² of tiles with joints grouted on a base layer of sand. The base layer had to be prepared by removing the Tar Macadom road of Abu Niwas, Sadon Street and Tahrir Square.

The project was executed by "Pamposh" on behalf of Ansal Properties & Industries (P) Ltd, as their Sub - Contractors, for Amanat -Al-Assima, Baghdad (Iraq).

Development of VRD area for Art & Congress center
Bouygues Batiment International, France had sub-contracted the workforce for development of VRD area comprising of 30,000m² area all around and on sides of Arts and Congress Centre to "Pamposh". Following were the jobs undertaken:-
