Pamposh Constructions India Pvt. Ltd. recruits Tradesmen in India for execution of the works allotted to the Pamposh Group Companies.
Protector General of Emigrants, Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs (now - Ministry of External Affairs), Govt. of India, New Delhi, has issued the Recruiting Agent Registration Certificate under the provision of Section 11 of Emigration Act 1983 to Pamposh Constructions India Pvt. Ltd. to carry on the Business of Recruitment for Deployment of Indian Workers with Foreign Employers with effect from 15th November 2012.

Screening, assessment and short-listing of the candidates for final interview is carried out by our highly experienced and technically qualified recruitment managers. The overall grading of candidates is carried out based on their professional skills, previous experience, general knowledge, personality and adaptability for work environment. The candidates are then selected.
- Skills testing and Aptitude Assessment:
Skills testing and aptitude Assessment of the workers is done by our selection staff. During the time of the personal interview the managers also concentrate on the behavioral aspects of each individual applicant.
- Follow up of selection:
After final selection, candidates are called for Medical and other Visa processing formalities.
Pamposh guides workers to do their Medical from recognized Medical centers.
- Consulate formalities:
On receipt of the Visa documents from Overseas the Passports along with the required documents are submitted to the Consulate for Visa stamping. Pamposh keep the workers informed and update workers about their visa stamping.
Visa stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates, if required.
- Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT):
In compliance with Govt. of India Order PDOT Policy, workers attend a one day Orientation Programme sponsored by Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India.
- Additional Orientation:
Selected candidates have a thorough orientation about their employers, working conditions good manners and etiquette, details of cultural nuances, weather conditions, and many such things. This will help them to adapt their new working conditions quickly, which will result in higher productivity.
- Airport Assistance:
Furthermore to facilitate the deployment of workers at the job-site, we sent representative at the airport to assist them with airport and immigration formalities.
- Follow up Communication:
Follow up call / e-mail is made to the client to ensure safe arrival of workers

REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO EMIGRANT FOR REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES
At all the Construction Sites, Pamposh deploys Administrative Staff to look after the welfare of workers. Senior Representative from Head Office visit the sites, on a regular basis.
Workers are free to report their grievances on site Administrative Staff and can also repot grievances to the visiting officers from the Head Office.
In addition to the above all workers have land line phone numbers of Head Office in know and cell phone number of staff in the country of Deployment.
Workers are one call away from reporting their grievances.
All grievances are redressed to the entire satisfaction of the worker.

Pamposh Recruits Tradesmen in the field of construction as per the requirements on its Overseas Work Sites. Some of the Trades recruited by Pamposh are listed below
- Masons (Masonry, Tile & Stone Fixing, Finishing etc.).
- Carpenters (Shuttering, Finishing, Placo etc.).
- Electricians (Low voltage and High voltage).
- Operators (Cranes, Batching Plant, JCB, Concrete Pump etc.)

Pamposh Conducts Trade Test and Interviews at its office address, round the year on all working days.
Workers thus selected are maintained in the Data Bank of Pamposh.
Workers demobilized from any site bearing satisfactory demobilization report of their trade and conduct are also maintained in the Data Bank of Pamposh.
As and when Vacancies arise at site, mix of old and new workers are short listed from the data bank. Workers are informed of being short listed for a particular work site and accordingly the visa process is initiated followed by mobilization etc.
On starting a New Project when the bulk of workers are required and the sufficient workers are not available in the Pamposh Data Bank, Pamposh conducts Interviews in different parts of India for recruiting the short falls.
