A five star complex to be developed in three phases on the sea front and spread area is about 5.4 million Sqm. The structure includes Main Hotel Building, Golf Course 18 hole, All Day Dining, Spa, Villas ( 02 Bedrooms and 03 Bedrooms), Restaurants, Gyms etc.

Pamposh has been awarded the substantial part of execution of structural concrete works on item rate basis (Labour Only) by the main contractor viz; M/s Six Construct. Pamposh started the actual works on site in Dec 2014.

Four Seasons, a Canadian based company made an addition to the global network of its hotels at Bahrain Bay, which will occupies the central island where guests will have stunning 360 degree view of the community and the Manama skyline. The striking design has made it an iconic landmark for the Kingdom of Bahrain and has set new standards in comfort, luxury and style.

In Oct-2011, Bahrain Bay Development awarded the construction contract of 201 mtr. tall hotel complex to M/s Six Construct with target completion date of Dec-2014. M/s Six Construct engaged Pamposh in Oct-2012, for Deployment and Management of approximate three hundred Indian highly skilled operatives for execution of structural concrete works of the Hotel complex.

Pamposh also executed Screed works at Podium level.

Pamposh was hired to do modification/ repair works on existing villas/ bungalows/staff quarters/ swimming pool etc. Pamposh was responsible for all Civil Structural & Finishing works viz Form works/ steel works/ concreting/ block masonry/ plaster/tiling/stone fixing/marble/wood work/ landscaping and external beautification works.

A simple rectangular seven storey hotel building, Constructed at Jabel Ali Free Zone Area where in Pamposh was subcontracted the execution of all the structural works. Conventional construction methods including precast technology has been opted for the early completion of the low cost budget hotel building.

Pre-cast panel in exterior walls, and hollow core slabs with topping constitute the slab for every floor. The cast-in-situ structural concrete work was minimized to 3500 cum. only Interior columns have been minimized and the load has been transfer through two primary and ten secondary beams to the exterior columns and core walls. Each floor has area of 1085 sqm.

Principal employer is M/s Khansaheb Civil Engineering, Dubai UAE.

Pamposh executed part of the Structural Concrete Works for the 85 level Hotel Apartment Tower being constructed for M/s Plazzso Versace. The building is oval shaped and each floor is 1600 sqm. area. The structural height of Tower is over 350 mtrs. The tower is situated next to the Plazzo Vercase Hotel at Dubai Creek. Dubai Creek is one of the tallest residential buildings of world.

70000 cum. of concrete and over 9000 tones of has been used in the structure. All the works were mechanized and the shuttering used was Jump Form Shuttering for all Verticals viz. Core walls and Columns. Horizontal shuttering was Aluma Tables mostly.

Ritz Carlton Hotel and Apartment is located on Sheikh Zahid Road in DIFC area adjacent to Trade Tower in Dubai city. The project has basements in two levels, Mezzanine, Podium and two Towers, each 17 floors with 340 Keys and 323 Flats (Hotel and Apartment Towers).

Civil and Structural works of entire Apartment block approx 135000 m² was allotted to Pamposh by M/s Bouygues Target JV comprising of 65000 Cum of concrete which was poured over a period of 16 months.

The apartment hotels features use of table form shuttering for repetitive Slabs, Metallic Panel for Columns and Walls and Conventional Shuttering of plywood and Doka in basement / Mezanine / Podium area.

Special highlights of the project are Post Tension Slabs at Technical and Mechanical Floors at level 14 and 15. The civil works of the project was successfully executed 5 months ahead of schedule.

Pamposh has worked on this project as a Labour Contractor on Fixed Item Rate Basis.

Pamposh also executed 15000 Sqm of Screed, 40mm to 65 mm in Floors of the Hotel Apartment

A four star hotel of the IBIS and Novotel chain of hotels located close to Deira City Centre Dubai. Built up area of over 18000 m² with two number Towers of 11 levels each.

Pamposh executed the structural concrete works including reinforcement, formwork and block masonry in 11 months. The hotel is located in the middle of Old Dubai City which made working for it a logistical challenge.

Major Quantities of work Executed:

The project features 101 mtrs tall structure with Central Core and three wings making a Pyramid shape Five Star hotel. The hotel consists of 240 guest rooms, nine restaurants including Spa facilities, Swimming pools and 2,50,000.00 Sq.ft. of retail space on two floors with underground parking lot for over 1000 vehicles. In addition to the above, a separate underground shopping arcade of 1,20,000 sq.ft. known as Khanmurjan has been developed.

M/s Khansaheb, the main contractor, engaged Pamposh to execute the structural concrete and Masonry works of two wings of the main hotel building including shopping mall and complete Khanmurjan plaza.

Quantity of work executed over the period of 18 months are :

The project comprised of construction of 31 nos hurricane resistant villas, beach side Five Star Hotel and 4 Nos. ancillary buildings housing the Central Energy Plant, Reverse Osmosis Water Plant, Maintenance Building and Staff Building.

Total quantity of concrete poured was 38000 Cum in Foundations, frame structure and R.C.C retaining Walls.

Finishing works comprised of Plaster works which included gypsum plaster works, Painting and False ceiling works, tiling, marble and granite works and corresponding water proofing works.

Since the project was Hurricane resistant, most of the walls were done in Block Work, with the cores filled with vertically and horizontally laid steel and finished with grout filling.

The Façade of the Hotel is magnificently clad with Marble on sides and Glazed Glass in the front. Hotel Hilton a landmark construction of a 23 storied four star hotel located centrally at Tashkent, (the capital of republic of Uzbekistan) was undertaken by an enthusiastic team of 120 members of Pamposh on a turnkey basis. The work was executed under the supervision of Principle Contractor, Bouygues Batiment International, France. This International, Four Star Hotel is an architectural marvel with all the luxuries of a Sauna, Restaurants, Bowling alleys, Shopping Arcades, Swimming Pools etc.

Pamposh has worked on this project as Manpower Deployment and Management Basis.

The landmark of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan (erstwhile USSR), Hotel Nissa is a five star hotel. This magnificent seven storied building has two basements, 150 single/double rooms, luxury suites and all modern amenities including shopping arcades, swimming pools, sauna baths, conference halls, discotheques etc. The Civil and Structural work includes Plumbing/ HVAC/Air-conditioning and the final finishing of Hotel Nissa.

Initially, Pamposh undertook this project in consultation with Al-Amiouny International Contracting and Trading Company, Paris. However, Pamposh finally completed the project on its own directly with the principal contractors Nissa Liban, a Lebanon based organization.

Hotel "Arkadag" is located in the south of Ashgabat on 22 hectares between Archabil and Chandybil avenues. The hotel consists of 300 rooms, of which 260 standard rooms, 26 suites, 13 suites for guests of the President, 1 presidential apartment. La Manzana de Gómez,1 reopened in 2017 as the Gran Hotel Manzana Kepinski, is a 20th-century building in Havana located within the limits of the Old Havana municipality, adjacent to important sites in the city such as the Central Park, the Museum of Fine Artes, the Parque Central Hotel, El Floridita Bar, Obispo Street, the Plaza Hotel and the Harry Brothers Shopping Center.

It is about 5 stories high, Although, initially, it had an exclusively commercial use, later it has had mixed use with educational centers, commerce and offices. In 2013 a project was announced to convert it into a private Hotel.

The Pamposh finishing team arrived on the Hotel Manazana Project in beginning of year 2016 and The Gran Hotel Manzana Kempinski in Havana was officially inaugurated on June 8, 2017, with the presence of the senior management of BBI-UCM.

Commencement of Works: M/s Pamposh Started working at Project in the month of February-2020 with a small team of 47 workers which was increased upto 217 workers.

Completion of Works: M/s Pamposh Completed given jobs in December-2021.

Habitation: Hotel has capacity of 860 Rooms (includes Suite Rooms) in four blocks (Block A1, A2, A3 + B1, B2, B3 + C1, C2, C3 + D1, D2, D3). All Building (A1, A3, B1, B3, C1, C3, D1 & D3) have 5 floors whereasAll sub-blocks (A2, B2, C2 & D2) are of 4 Floor in heights.

Mystique Regis is a very beautiful project located in Old Havana with a total of 7 floors and 46 deluxe rooms, 4 deluxe superior rooms, 5 Diamond Club Superior Terrace Rooms, 5 Prado View Suites and 1 Diamond Club Terrace Suite. There are total of 61 bedrooms in this hotel.
